In this essay, we not only to achieve the access to the latest information of alumni's using the search engine, but also proposed a design of alumni resource management system with the combination of data warehouse,data mining and OLAP technologies. combine the latest alumni information on external and internal information accumulated by the department, and load to data warehouse for management. The data warehouse including the old and latest information that has Greater time span, Contains unlimited potential. based on actual demand, we initially identified a number of themes, and have done a full analysis of data source,which has laied the foundation for the work of data mining and OLAP analysis that will start soon.
