With the development of electronic system,the frequency of clock and the density of PCB are increasing rapidly.Analysis of signal integrity is one important factor in the high-speed PCB design.Because of faster edge rates and lower operating voltages,it is more difficult to transmit signal accurately in the interconnects.Lots of factors,such as electric parameters of the PCB, layout of the components, route of the high-speed signal etc,bring the problem of signal integrity and lead the system can not work correctly.During the design of the high-speed PCB,it is important to consider SI problems and ensure the signal passed exactly for successful electronic products.In the design of the high-speed PCB,the effect of the interconnects on the signal integrity of system include reflection,crosstalk, simultaneous switching noise (SSN), electromagnetic interference(EMI).Based on transmission line theory,this paper utilizes the analysis models which are adopted in the circuit to analyze the cause of reflection, crosstalk,simultaneous switching noise.Using the signal integrity analysis software HyperLynx and IBIS models,this paper compares the simulation results and puts forward the methods to reduce or eliminate the noises.In the hardware design of the embedded system,this paper makes use of EDA software and simulation models to analyze and validate the signal integrity problems.In this way,the design of PCB is stable.The main contents in this paper are as follows:1 .Based on transmission line theory,this paper analyzes the cause of reflection, crosstalk,simultaneous switching noise.2.This paper puts forward the methods to reduce or eliminate the noises by the means of simulation.3.Using EDA software and IBIS models,this paper designs the hardware of FPGA embedded system based on analysis of signal integrity.
