The Implementation Of The Embedded System On Learning Machine Base On ZigBee

The 21st century is the age of knowledge and information; people are desired to get all kinds of useful in formations to live a good life. And the birth of learning machine changed our traditional ways of learning, especially replaced reading book which is made of paper. One learning machine contains a huge amount of in formations in its small portable appearance, and this greatly makes people to learn more conveniently.Nowadays, as the embedded technology develops very fast, there are more and more functions in learning machine, it is no longer limited to the scope of electronic dictionary, a learning machine can have more powerful features, such as wireless network.This paper proposes a new concept, which is to add a Zigbee wireless communication module to learning machine. This concept can make all learning machines to form a wireless network for communication. For example, we can build a campus wireless network by learning machine in hands, to facilitate the students and teachers during the whole process of educational activity, students can use it to upload homework, and teaching resources can be shared between teachers, and all this just happen in hands.On the basis of the above concept, this paper implements an original module of this new kind of learning machine with Zigbee function. There are 3 steps.Firstly, build a Linux platform for the BootLoader transplantation, including cross-compiler environment, the production of the root file system and kernel's configuration.Secondly, add Zigbee wireless module to machine, and exchanges data with the upper interactive applications by serial communication, which is the CC2420 RF transceiver chip.Thirdly, develop a small upper application which running on the learning machine for demonstration...
