With the further advancement of reform and opening, the process of industrialization being accelerated, it will be a direction of industrial technology development that industrial instrumentation involved in the production process are being made a digital transformation and online unmanned real-time monitoring systems in workshops are being designed. The new requirements brung the new development are still of great significance for the data acquisition module. CAN bus as a mean of data transmission, in this thesis, a multi-configuration state data acquisition module which can be widely used in a variety of data acquisition and remote monitoring and control system was designed to overcome the shortcoming of mono-functional the data acquisition modules on the current market.Multi-configuration state data acquisition module is mainly made up of power supply circuits, microprocessor circuits, multi-configuration selection circuit, analog input circuit, switch input circuit, switch output circuit, pulse input circuit, the realization of CAN bus protocol circuit. According to the function code of the multi-configuration selection circuit, and with of choice and control by software, 11 kinds of combination of functions, including analog input, switch input, switch output and pulse input, could be achieved simply and flexibly without changing the hardware. Through the CAN bus, multi-configuration data acquisition module could be connected with local area network to facilitate data collection and remote monitoring and control systems, and could be widely used in various areas of industrial control to meet the actual needs.⑴The overall design and detailed design requirements of multi-configuration state data acquisition module was discussed in detail.⑵Philips's P89C668HFA as the main control microprocessor chips, hardware was designed With 11 alternative kinds of functional combinations. And multi-configuration state data acquisition module of the unit circuit's principle and method were discussed in details, and the linearity ,the relationship between input and output of voltage conversion network about analog input were focuse on analysis, as well as the implementation of multi-configuration under the control of the module's software focused on design in accordance with the design of multi-configuration of the guiding thought.⑶Based on the KEIL C51 mixed programming software, the software design thought was detailedly analysed from three part of the SJA1000 driver, A / D driver, main program by combining the characteristics of module's hardware, besides, some of the core source code were introduced.⑷It was proved that the multi-configuration data acquisition module has had same advantages compared with the traditional mono-fuctional data acquisition module through multi-configuration data acquisition module used in large-scale Tamping machine 08-32 in the Locomotive Depot of the Guangzhou Railway Group.Therefore, the conclusion can be drawn that the multi-configuration data acquisition module has lined with the actual use and could be used for a variety of data acquisition.
