Hydropower station producting efficiently and safely should be based on that the power equipment is working safely. In order to ensure that the power equipment works in the right way, we must carry on the daily repairing and maintenance. With the development of computer technology, if we only rely on the way of traditional periodic maintenance and Corrective maintenance, it can't meet the demand of real-time and high security. Therefore, we should develop the condition-based maintenance in order to adapt the new situation.Condition-based maintenance of Hydropower station's control equipment needs large amounts of data, such as gate opening and frequency. General data acquisition system needs multiple modules to complete the acquisition of Analog quantity and the frequency. So this paper design a data acquisition system for Condition-based maintenance which is with high integration.According to the needs of data acquisition for the hydropower station's equipment, this paper chooses the TMS320F2812 as core chip. And proper RAM chip, CPLD, high precision AD chip and communication chip. According to the working condition of DSP, this paper designs hardware circuit which includes power part and clock part, meantime, completes the RAM and CPLD which belong to peripheral expansion circuit of DSP and the AD part. And designs the data transmission based on the Ethernet communication by using the chip W5100.This paper designs software for the data acquisition system based on CCS, completes the main program, interrupt module and CMD document, analysis the process and control ideas of each main part in detail.
