Wireless Sensor Networks is used widely in environment exploration, weather forecast, safety, monitor, distributed computing and target imaging, and it also has profound significance in military, healthcare and civil fields. Sensor Networks contains acquisition, transmission and fusion analysis, which is gather in integral whole. For a huge measuring and controlling system, more line connection will make the higher cost the system the unease maintenance, especially in the condition of non-fixing position, using the Wireless Sensor Networks can solving the problems.Currently, there has three research direction in temperature detection: one is from point to line, from line to surface, realized the measurement of temperature field; second, from surface to inside, measure the inner temperature from surface; third, from wire to wireless, easy to measure moving object.According to the research direction of temperature detection, this paper use ZigBee technology as the basic communication protocol, which based on the analysis and comparison of several communication protocols.First, this paper summary the temperature detection system, and emphatically introduces advantages of wireless sensor network in temperature detection, then introduce the related knowledge about wireless network.Second, this paper is introduced the ZigBee protocol, and then propose the design scheme based on CC2430 and S3C44B0.Finally, by using regional temperature detection for practical application, this paper consist a test platform, proved the realizability and self-organizing of the component of measuring and controlling system.
