The Design And Implementation Of Network Management System For Shuohuang Railway Access Network

With the rapid development of communications technology, telecommunication services have been developing with the characteristics as integration,digitalization,intellectualization,broadband-oriented and personalization. The demand of diversification for telecommunications services is also rising. Considering that the SDH,ATM,Passive Optical Network(PON) and DWDM technology in the backbone of the Internet has become more sophisticated,a foundation for the realization of integrating voice,data and images into "three-lane one and one-line home" mode has been provided.How to make the best use of existing network resources to increase the type of business and improve service quality has become increasingly a subject focused on by telecommunications experts and operators."Last mile" solution is the focus of everyone concerned.Therefore,the access network become hot in the application and construction of network.This thesis is based on the project named Comprehensive Maintenance Management System for the Shuohuang Railway Communication Network.The purpose of this thesis is to design and achieve a network management subsystem for the Shuohuang Railway Access Network.Firstly,this thesis will introduce the researches on the access network at home and abroad,and the background and significance to study such subject.Secondly,it will introduce the development of access network,the definition and demarkation of access network,the structure of access network systems,the location of access network in the communication network and a number of access technologies of access network.Thirdly,it will summarize the Comprehensive Maintenance Management System for the Shuohuang Railway Communication Network,and introduce the main functions and framework of the Integrated Maintenance Management System.On this basis,a network management subsystem for the Shuohuang Railway Access Network will be designed,which includes the overall framework for network management subsystem, the main functional module of network management subsystem and the database of network management subsystem.Besides,the main functional module of network management subsystem can be divided into three parts that are the interface adapters of access network,the resources management of access network and the topology management of access network.Finally,the theisi will achieve a network management subsystem for the Shuohuang Railway Access Network,including the achievements of the interface adapters of access network,the resources management of access network and the topology management of access network.
