Research On Asset Management Design Of ShuoHuang Railway Enterprise

Enterprise Assets Management is an effective management system of enterprise asset.It's a management system in the life-cycle management process of enterprise assets from the procurement,installation commissioning,operation to transfer even reject.It can improve the running reliability of equipment,prolong the life of equipment,reduce the time of stopping work furthest,reduce maintaining and operating cost,bring the greatest economic benefit to the enterprise.Practice shows that the EAM system is very suitable for enterprises that have varieties,require the high rate of the assets intact and continuous operation and vailability,capital-intensive and technology-intensive enterprises.Shuohuang Railway development Co.,Ltd.Is a Joint-venture railway company.It comprises several large enterprises which are typical assets-intensive and processes railway transportation Equipment assets occupy a very large proportion in the enterprise assets.Railway company enterprises require high reliability for Continuous production, so the annual maintenance costs of equipment maintenance is very large.The application of EAM system in Shuohuang Railway can lower maintenance costs and improve equipment management level.So the equipment would be at the state of controllable and reasonable,technical assurance,the lowest costs management,by computer technical support..Firstly,this paper analyzes the EAM's theories and then carry on the feasibility analysis of development of current situation on ShuoHuang Railway,based on which design about ShuoHuang Railway's EAM and the pivotal technology of realizing the system.Passing the research of this topic,the thesis can prepare preliminary work for the development of EAM.In the meantime,this research has referential value to the development of EAM in other railway enterprise.
