Research And Implementation Of Liaoning Electric Power Communication Network Resources Management System

With several manufacturers'equipments come into work, the state of electric power communication network appears new characters. In evidence, the network size becomes larger and larger, and the network structure becomes more and more complex. Based on the status of electric power communication resource management in Liaoning provence, this paper analyses and studies resource nomenclature, system modeling, planning deployment and system architecture. Further more, scheme of Liaoning power communication resource management is designed and descripted. According to some problems of static and dynamic resource management during the scheme implementation, this thesis mainly studies the interface technology of network management in dynamic resource collection, analyses the adaptability of the network management interface, and designs the program of connection between network management interface and adapter. The result of test operation shows that the implementation of this system has been working well.
