At present, the DSP college courses and the corresponding experimental system is still lagging behind the rapid development of DSP chips. Therefore, this thesis focus on the firmware design on the floating-point DSP processor TMS320C6722B experimental system, An advanced experimental platform is provided to improve student's practical ability in DSP technology.Firmware system design is based on in-depth study of various links and combined the DSP and ARM processor features. TI's floating point DSP processor TMS320C6722 is used as the host processor of the experimental platform for data processing, Selects the Cortex-M3 core ARM processor STM32F103ZET6 to control the modules of operation, display, PC communication and so on. In addition, ATMEL ATF1508AS is designed as logic control and address distribution.This paper is focused on the control module's firmware design. Designed the firmware module of operation, display, asynchronous serial communications, dual-port RAM, SD card storage and USB, In addition, designed the relevant experiment and algorithm's experiment for digital signal processing.This experimental system has powerful data-processing capacity and control functions, its rich peripheral device provides a broad space for system expansion and upgrades in the future. Its variety experiment full embody the features of the floating-point DSP and Cortex-M3 ARM processor, students will understand and grasp more comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of digital signal processing. This system can be used as the teaching experimental system in real-time floating-point DSP processor technology and the application, and can be used as related subjects' research platform. |
