Large pharmaceutical analysis instruments (article mainly refers to nuclearmagnetic resonance spectroscopy, high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, fluorescence spectroscopy, thermogravimetry-differential thermal analyzer integrated thermal thermostat microcomputercalorimeter five major drug analysis instruments) are the main equipment thatstudents must contact with. Enabling students to master the ability to operateindependently large pharmaceutical analytical instruments and data analysisequipment properly, can promote students’ development. The survey showedthat the teaching process of the analysis equipment is still traditionalexperimental teaching demonstration using demonstration teaching method. Theresults obtained through interviews with students indicated, the currentteaching method in our school is limited by the laboratory equipment. Teachingdemonstrations were unable to meet the students’ needs of operating analyticalinstruments independently. The author first analyzed the characteristics of theexisting experimental teaching, and found the instructional needs ofexperimental teaching, then designed and developed the virtual experimenttraining system.Our study is supported by the2010army medical research program-Astudy of improving the quality of medical network(10MA025-FS002), and2011second military medical university project-design and development ofmodern analytical instrument virtual laboratory, which will solve the practicalproblems in teaching, and will be put into practice after system testand improvement.The main idea of this subject is to discovery needs–Analyze CurrentSituation-Analyze the demand-look for the approach to narrow the gapbetween the current situation and demand-design, develop and practice–obtain feedback–make changes based on feedback system-evaluate thesystem.The main work of this project includes understanding the methods of theseinstruments for experiment teaching home and abroad; looking for an approachto narrow the gap between the current situation and demand based on teaching needs; designing and developing a virtual experiment training system usingdesigned training sessions like Flash technology and Adobe Captivate software.The innovation of this paper lies in: providing a virtual training platformfor the experiment teaching of large analysis instruments, usingAdobe Captivate software in the development of virtual laboratory to realizetraining function, using various means to realize the function of virtualexperiment training system of efficient development, providing a new idea forthe experiment teaching of large-scale analysis instruments.
