Logistics management teaching form in major colleges and universities is teachers’ explaining in the actual teaching. With further improving of university networks, more and more teachers and students want to experience a simulation teaching through teaching experiment management system which seems to become an inevitable trend. If the university establishes a logistics teaching experimental system using computer software to simulate logistics management, it is able to facilitate students to operate logistics issues simulately online which get preparations for the logistics management of students.Firstly, the paper raises universities’ research backgrounds of logistics teaching experiment and logistics management, analyzing and summarizing present logistics management system situation and logistics teaching experiment according to the system’s background at home and abroad. Then the paper divides the system business into bank management business, students experiment operating business, information platform business, lab reports and basic business information management business based on actual business needs of logistics teaching experiment.Roles are distinguished from production and marketing users, warehousing users and distribution users in the students experimental operation business.Technically, the designing of e-commerce logistics teaching system is based on B/S framework, JAVA language, the MVC design pattern, struts framework, hibernate framework and spring framework.E-commerce logistics teaching experimental system consists of jsp page layers, action control layer and bean data layer.Then the outline design and detailed design of logistics teaching experimental system functions based on e-commerce are raised.Five corresponding modules are realized with the help of UML software engineering ideas. Finally describing the process of implementation and testing.The system realizes account management, account services, supply release, checking cargo warehousing, viewing usage of warehouse, selecting the delivery vehicles, distribution records management, information platform, lab reports producing and city information modification.During the bank management of the system administrator, the system achieves the account number and cashier accounting’s maintenance, changing passwords, internalizing funds.In experimental operation business, students mainly use production and marketing users, warehousing users and distribution users to achieve logistics management functions.All vehicles, supplys, corporates, products’ information and the latest information can be seen in the information platform.Experimental reports management provides students chances to fill out the experiment after a lesson.The maintenance of products, freight forwarding strategy,the units, special vehicle information, cities’ information, logistics and transport type information, logistics and transport cost information can be carried out in basic information management function.The system can enhance students’ understanding of logistics management and change the original paper instruction module in experimental teaching process which further clarifies the logistics management processes after the deployment of the system.
