| Motion control systems in which motors are used as executors are widely applied to high-tech fields such as numerical control machine, aerospace, national defense modernization and so forth, development and production of which are flourishing recently. Experimental platform with versatility, openness, and friendly man-machine interface is of great consequence for improving developing efficiency.Experimental platform composed of principal-and-subordinate computer structure is propitious to achieving surveillance and management of motion control system. Surveillance and monitoring technology growing up with computer science and technology offers great convenience for developing motion control system.In this thesis, the monitoring software of motion control system based on PC platform has designed based on Labwindows/CVI. The function of the software has introduced concretely and some important function characteristics of monitoring software have explained in details. The function modules have classified carefully, some important ones have analyzed and give some realization methods. After make a contrast with other typical software, the solution method of the serial of problems which relate with the mechanism of software platform have thought out.Due to the deficiency of the experimental platform and in order to add DTC system into experimental platform convenience to make experimental platform more completely, thesis make a research on DTC, the solution methods of each modules of DTC system have analyzed. The simulation result based on Matlab proved the feasibility of those solution methods.Finally a test is carried on the platform, the results from which shows the experimental platform works well. The experimental platform can realize the basic function and a series of experiment and reach the effect that expected. |
