Remote monitoring and fault diagnosis technology is computer technology, network technology, signal analysis and fault diagnosis technology integration is the development of production needs and the inevitable result of technological development. In recent years, domestic and foreign equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology has greatly developed, can effectively ensure device security, stability, long cycle, high-quality operation. With scientific and technological progress and development, machinery and equipment gradually moving to large-scale, automated, high-speed and complex.Virtual Instrument stressed that "software is the instrument" in the new concept is formed in the computer as the core hardware platform, using its own display of the virtual instrument control panel to software test and analysis capabilities of a computer instrument system.
