Telemetry equipment is an indispensable and important equipment in the test process ofmissile and an significant way to get parameters inside the missile for the testing department,therefore plays a role in finding and locating the fault for the missile system. And thetelemetry equipment tester is an instrument to test the various properties of intermediateequipment for telemetry, which provides a high-precision signal source to colloctting andcoding telemetric device, simulates the control system to issue various controlling commandsto the instruction converter, simulates the collecting and coding unit on the missile to collect,store, analyze and display the signal data coming from various sensor, and receive thePCM(Pulse Code Modulation) code which telemetry equipment produced by making frameof telemetry data.All the function of tester have to be implemented under the controlling of tester software,the test process is controled by user to operate the interface of tester softwave, the test data isstored and disposed by tester software, and the test results is analyzed and summarized bytester software. Seen that the stand of tester software will directly influent the test effect andperformance. This tester software is designed to modular construction, and has variousfunction, flexible performance and good transportability, which can reduce the reduplicativedevelopment, and save time and manpower for developing telemetry equipment.To the design of tester software, this paper has researched contents below:1) Give the study background and significance of this research out, and introduce therelevant study status at home and abroad.2) Go from the level of test functions, present the module division of the tester software,for example bus self-checking, smart test, signal source controlling and so on, total ten modules, and discuss the test contents and design idea of each specific module one by one.3) Go from the level of tester software functions, study the implementation methods ofthese functions of software, such as parameter setting and packing, data acquisition,communication through USB serial port, data display and report of the test, etc.4) To the object-oriented programming method for tester software, research the keysoftware technology used in implementing the software function, as multi-threading,asynchronous timer, DLL(dynamic link library) and so on, besides study the applicationmethod of these key technology.5) Declare how to test and the software and judge the result, then give the testconclusion out.Now the system has been tested several times, and seeing from the results of joint testalong with the tester equipment, the software system has good performance in data’scommunication, processing, analysis and display and so on, and is able to meet the testingrequirements.
