| Along with the quickening of step participating in the world competition, Agencies in China needs not only various forms of reportage, but also it is necessary for this agency to use marketing, this channel, for realizing the value of its news information products. It has strong urgency and practical significance that the function of Agencies and its service fields are continuously expanded to enhance marketing work efficiency by strengthening scientific management and newsinformation gathering and marketing.In this paper, the objects of our research are Xinhua News Agency and China News Service . We use literature research and logical thinking to research the change of the management of Xinhua News Agency and China News Service in the 30 years between 1978 and 2008, through the historical facts. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction. The second part summed up the change of the management system, policies and regulations between 1978 and 2008.Part III and IV tracked the development of the management of the tow news agencies in many aspects such as the sale of ariticles, diversification, capital operations and technological advances. The fifth part describes a typical figure Mu Qing, and the last part concludes the most important factors of news agency management, including the integration of resources, enhancing brand awareness, internationalization and so on.The appendix showed a historical timeline of Agencies management in China. This research ranges over many fields, such as Journalism and Communication, sociology and business management, etc. It will benefit the deepning of research of news agency management and further development of news, and enrich the theories and practicies of related subjects. |
