With the great development of network technology, video monitoring system is gradually becoming a powerful assistant tool helping monitoring departments enhancing working efficiency. This kind of system can provide some critical functions that other software can't afford, such as all-time unattended supervision and immediate alarm and automatically playing and so on. Nowadays, there are many kinds of production of monitoring systems, which have particular respective features and can assure good performances. However, because of constraints at hardware and technologies, there exits a great many defects on the design of monitoring systems, especially in followed aspects, such as management of media data and video transmission and image restoration, considering practical efforts , they haven't achieve the goal of intelligent supervision yet.This paper based on the project of development of monitoring software for grain depot in Chongqing, and illustrated the realization of related technology and total process of development respectively. It divided into two parts, the first part, from theory and algorism aspect, introduced many technologies about the transmission of H.264 video and code-checking and multimedia database and so on. In this section, it also proposed an integrated solution that contained adaptive transmission and dynamically checking code and multimedia database. In The second part, accord to the process of software engineering, it discussed contents of development and realization of system from total design and logic procedure. And it detailed introduced developing process of main function modules, such as communicating middle ware, video managing module and image recognition function and so on. Finally, it analyzed the special point of this system. |
