At the present time,China's copper processing industry is big,but not strong.The technical and economic index is low.The scale of the enterprise is large,but the level of the technology and management is relatively backward.The phenomenon of dislocation between management and production is widespread.Therefore,the realization of "Digital Manufacturing","Information Factory" to make sure a closely link between the management and production;the realization of flow continuity of the various elements in the actual production such as orders,materials,technology,quality and etc.,between processes to ensure the operating plan from the productive sector be sent in time to the underground staff and the manufacturing process from the technical department be implemented on the device,are the main purpose of the paper,that is,to ensure the production be completed in accordance with the schedule and the result be in line with the process.The paper has made an overall design of the interface of the copper processing system.Especially focused on the final process of the copper processing system—shearing process and made a design of its interface.The whole interface design of the system relies on the project of a being implemented copper processing system belongs to a well-known copper processing enterprise in China.The interface takes use of C/S model,PLC and Microsoft.NET technology and etc.,realizes the interface design of the shearing process.The interface includes the connection between PCS(Process Control System) and MES(Manufacturing Execution System),the link of PCS with basic automation.Through the interface,we can sent the operating plan from the MES and implement the processes,collect the production data and report back to the MES,at the same time,provide the working condition of the production equipment(shearing equipment).The design has been adopt by the copper process enterprise and the shearing equipment manufacturer.The project is now being implemented.Due to the special nature of the copper processing industry,such as the need for manual intervention in each procedure and artificial feeding when open the volume, there can not be a completely automated production.This design has put the automation level of the copper process to the leading domestic level,realized the interface between the production and information,it is also of a great practical significance.
