Research And Design Of University Basic Office Automation System

From the last century60’s, network technology was a result of combining Computer technology and communications technology, gradually into the human society, which brought great convenience to work and life of human society. At present, domestic and foreign universities have their own campus network which build efficient foundation for using office automation systems. With the rapid development of high education, office automation system rapidly entered into the College to change traditional working patterns which is greatly improving the working efficiency, reducing office costs and transaction time period, updating and sharing information conveniently. Subsequent development of universities is how to develop office automation systems becoming a serious problem.The point of this paper is to avoid the difficulty of adapting to the specific requirements of basic office system, analysis the current status of university office automation, describing constructing the meaning of basic office automation system, studying the university’s primary office automation system level model. Through their daily work, grass-roots university survey and summary information processing, combined with the actual situation in universities, the solutions based on the university campus network basic office automation system is proposed. On this basis, the office automation systems of basic coursed school in Shenyang Pharmaceutical university is developed and designed, which has realized the key technologies of the system.This system used C#language,. Net framework and SQL Server2005as development tools and information storage platforms, based on B/S structure forming a network from a university primary office automation system model, realizing document delivery, teaching management and administration, as well as daily service functions. The results demonstrated that the effect was remarkable, by the last two years of operation based on the use for basic courses schools of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University. The system has the feature of running the platform simply, performing safety and reliably, operating conveniently, as well as maintaining easily, which greatly improved the efficiency of working in basic courses school and provided convince for the majority of teachers, administrators between various departments. The development and design of the system not only provided a trying for the university basic office automation system but also contributed to high education information technology.
