In the Management-Control Integration System, due to the complexity of production process and all kinds of management and control application needs, different types of database and different information management system are introduced.How to deal with different databases, different device of mass production data, obtaining the useful information is the basic problem in the enterprise information construction.Automation report as a basic carrier of carrying data, to provide decision support for the enterprise Management-Control Integration SystemBased on a large-scale petrochemical enterprise reporting project,this project use EXCEL object model, Real-Time-Data display technology,@aglance data transmission technology, the client using VBA language to establish a data transmission and conversion interface,and on the server side using ASP technology deployed WEB service, for desktop applications, WEB application integration, and also developed a extensible remote data display addins using.net framework, achieved a high performance real-time-data display in the report.On the Client side, by manipulating various granularity of different objects, customized development, the client runs on a personal computer of Microsoft Office EXCEL.Different from the development of general reporting system, refer to the Characteristics of factory manufacture and management reports with real-time, online and multi-data sources, the system realized the integration of extensible data service bus system structure, development integration access heterogeneous data source access interface (ASPEN IP21 real-time database system,LIMS,MES,EM),custom data management, operation, display module and the template based on Excel environment and the business logic module achieved the automation process.Multi-data source automation report is no longer dependent on a specific system, there is no system administrator, each user in charge of his own report, report form and content changes over management need, no longer need other special maintenance.When complete customization data interface, report format, calculating content customization, server-side data access after deployment, the ability of flexible data display and data acquisition of EXCEL, can to a certain extent, can solve the diversity,not convenient for integration and inefficient data source of the enterprise report.
