Design And Implementation Of Content Management Basic Platform For Sichuan Mobile Internet TV

With rapid development of the Internet TV business application, the media assets storage, management and application, in order to build a digital content service as the core of the media asset management business process and management process, fully tap the potential value of media assets, provide efficient, convenient services for production business system has become the new requirements of the mobile Internet Sichuan TV media assets management system.According to the above requirements, in this thesis, combined with the actual needs of the mobile Internet Sichuan TV business applications, a service oriented TV Content Management Basic Platform(CMBP) is proposed and designed.An architecture, separated CMBP from the business, is proposed, which base on the management core of digital media content, provide service of public key infrastructure related non business logic for the business application system, and provide secondary development of interface and interface technical specification for the application system. The design of J2 EE platform architecture of enterprise application architecture and service oriented architecture based on SOA, realized the system cross platform, high stability, high efficient development and service centric, loosely coupled integration, information exchange and business, system interconnection provides an open, equal, mutual communication mode standard.In the researching process of the application, a unified content management service interface specification is developed. A complete, open, extensible service interface specification for good is defined also. Other technologies are used, including the intelligent digital content lifecycle management, the designs of the content management service process and monitoring function. And Using of the integrated media information access security control, by user access, content access, log and other aspects of control and monitoring, to make sure the system security and stable operation.In conclusion, the CMBP not only can provide core services management, including storage management, metadata service, transcoding service, catalogue service, and search engine, by building the core construction of the media asset management system, and opening the CMBP service interface layer with other system using and service access, to manage the Internet TV media assets fully ranged and systematically. At the same time, the CMBP can also be used as the uniform resource center of the mobile Internet Sichuan TV network, to realize the interconnection and integration between the different business systems, and can well adapt to the new business development.
