With rapid development of modern manufacturing industry,renewal of product quickens its steps,the market competition becomes fiercely day-by-day and the market put forward higher request on the products in time,quality,cost,price and service.It is too difficult for a single enterprise to have the advantage on talented person,technology and equipment at the same time to accomplish the entire mould proceeding which includes design,exploitation,purchase,make and delivery.In order to meet the requirements of competition in the global market,Disperse Mold enterprises must head for cooperation.In the light of Internet collaborative design,through the characteristic of traditional mould producing process and the cooperating demand in the mould product exploitation process,a new Mould exploitation model based on long-term and steady cooperation is proposed,and the total structure and work website for a web-based mould collaborative development platform is conceived.Using the method of software engineering,the system structure of the web-based mould collaborative development platform is designed.And the modeling of mould collaborative development platform is done by using UML technology.With utilizing distributed database,the database of collaborative design is set up and the structure of database is optimized.The function realization of the collaborative development platform is studied and developed applied to.NET groupware technology and collaborative supporting tools.At last,according to the example of a plastic mould,the process and method of applying mould collaborative development platform to design the mould is presented.According to the customer's order,the developing of collaborative development platform,using the method of project management,the whole mould producing process is managed and monitored.Utilizing the NetMeeting tool,the collaborative design under the Internet surrounding is realized.At the same time,Dwg Viewer and control are integrated,the collaborative viewing and drawing of Mould engineering drawing in the Internet circumstances is achieved.Using the ASP.NET network develop technology,the online cooperating discuss between different participates is realized.By carrying out MIME type on the IIS server,Long-range invoking remote CAD software is realized.Utilizing group technology,the mold product data management Module is set up,and the sharing for all-around informational management during the mould producing process and the resource to implement technology and information in the enterprises.By integrating the 3D standard component library for mould to the platform,a standard piece can be inquired and downloaded.Based on the role method,the user purview management module is set up.The collaborative development platform breaks the limits of space-time intercommunion.Mould developer can make use of information network and computer-aid design implement to integrate sufficient enterprise technology resource, information resources and equipment resource and realize the multiple spot collaborative designs over space and across platform.It will greatly enhance the quality and efficiency for mould design and manufacture to meet the marketplace opportunity and fierce competition.
