With rapid development of modern manufacturing industry, renewal of product quickens its steps, requirements of mould increases greatly and delivery cycle of mould continually decreases, so the traditional management pattern has no longer satisfied the development requirements of modern mould enterprises. Under these circumstances, quick reaction capability of mold enterprises directly influences their market competitive power. The market demands that mold enterprises establish a brand new working mode based upon collaborative work, provide quick pricing of mould product, mould design and manufacturing system in order to meet the requirements of competition and cooperation among modern enterprises.Firstly, this dissertation builds an integration framework of mould collaborative pricing system in the light of dynamic alliances of mold enterprises and concurrent collaborative work, which is of directive significance in implementation of mould collaborative pricing system. Feature-based, collaborative work oriented Product Master Model is studied, then the concept of Extended Product Master Model (ext-PMM) of mould enterprise is presented and the overall framework of the ext-PMM is built.Secondly, the supporting platform of collaborative pricing system is developed by studying the key technologies needed by the supporting platform-Web technology and collaborative work technology. Here, different developing hierarchies and its corresponding key technology are discussed emphatically: visual-project management, task schedule, workflow control and conflict settlement etc. Several implementation technologies of collaborative function are also studied: mails management, 2D collaborative browser, 3Dcollaborative browser and sharing audio\video. The system supports distributive, heterogeneous and multi-user concurrent collaborative work in the light of concurrent design in integrated circumstances, and provides the supporting platform for mould collaborative pricing system.Thirdly, cost oriented design and cost concept of mould life cycle are introduced in mould enterprises. Afterwards, mapping relationship betweencomponent factors of mould cost and mould features is analyzed, clarifying the important features in mould design and expression manner of uncertain factors. Multi-domain mapping theory is utilized to implement mapping from mould features in various stage to cost feature field and build the corresponding mapping table. Combined with actual production process, similarity theory and feature encoding technology are applied to constitute a mould encoding system and design the feature encoder, which create conditions for further encoding search and cost prediction of mould.For the first time, a multi-decision supporting comprehensive pricing system is implemented based on traditional weight pricing and man-hour pricing after comparing and analyzing basic theory and common algorithm of mould pricing, which takes the weight pricing system amended by complexity degree as rude quoted price, and constitutes a detailed, quantified pricing system by factor coefficient method and similar cost method. Besides, with support of knowledge base and database, a computer-aided mould pricing system based on instance and rule reasoning is built. In the dissertation, principles of numerical value disposal in mould pricing process and difference analysis method of mould pricing are determined, laying foundation for further error control and self-learning. At the same time, neural network technology is successfully introduced in the system, so intelligent pricing function and self-learning ability of the system are realized.Then, according to situations of enterprise information and requirements of system integration, this dissertation studies the kind of information in the system, structure design of database and structural drawing of pricing system, also realizes the functions of every module and succeeds in implementing the integration of pricing system , CAD\CAPP\ERP and collaborative supporting platform.
