Along with the continuous development of the manufacturing industry, virtual factory technology has gradually become one of the focus in the study of manufacturing technology. Virtual factory technology is a integration of all types of software, modeling tools and the methodology which supports of various issues in the manufacture. Virtual factory technology makes sure the product design to be successful implemented in manufacturing stage. It is a course of planning, simulation and optimizing the process of production systems. It has the ability of design, testing, analysis, optimization of production and the reliability of the production line. In the establishment of the complicated systems such as virtual factory system, the traditional object-oriented approach have significant deficiencies in system analysis and system design. Fusion technology is the second generation object-oriented software programing method, which divide the development process into analysis, design and realization, and these three stages achieve a better coherence and internal consistency. With the development of agent technology, agent-oriented software programing has been used in the research, design and implementation of virtual factory technology. The related methodology have got a continuous development.In this paper, based on the Fusion method, the author uses agent technology to improve the system analysis method and the system design method of Fusion method, and gains a new Object-Agent Oriented Programming(O-AOP) method. O-AOP is a complete methodology, it has a detailed steps of system analysis (Object-Agent Oriented Analysis, O-AOA) and system design (Object-Agent Oriented Design, O-AOD). At the same time, because the O-AOP approach is based on the object-oriented Programming, it has a very good compatibility for the system using object-oriented method. At present, OOA plays a dominant role in the enterprise application development. When the enterprise use the O-AOP method, they do not have to re-establish the system, but directly improve the original system. This will help to reduce the cost of the system implement, and thereby promote the application of advanced manufacturing technology. In this paper, the author uses use O-AOP to system analysis and system design in virtual factory system, and gives evaluation of the characteristics of the O-AOP.Use of previous research results, the author uses Eclipse development platform to develop a virtual factory system, given the detailed system structure. Database using MySQL database. The main function of virtual factory system including factory planning, dynamic restructuring of production resources and real-time monitoring of the production situation. Factory planning, which is the brain of the workshop, will directly affect the efficiency and cost. The factory planning have to consider the properties of the order (such as the delivery date, order type, etc.), material supply and the capacity constraints. This asks for a rational design of the entire scheduling process. Dynamic reorganization of productive resources greatly improve the utilization of resources and reduce costs. This asks for the resources using mechanisms and the conflict resolution mechanisms. The real-time monitoring of the production situation improves the control ability of the production.Virtual factory system can help companies quickly and accurately in the re-organization of the existing workshop production, improving production processes and efficiency, reducing the waste of production resources.
