Mobile Agent Research And Development Of The Prototype System

With the development of the network, especially with the development of Internet and WWW, how to make good use of the distributed resources and process the distributed knowledge has been the new problem. Since the inflation of Internet information resources and the more and more expecting of individualized information service, the shortcoming of traditional Client/Server model and distribute object model is obvious day by day . Those models can't adapt to the application of Internet. Having unique independent migration, asynchronous and intelligent characteristic, Mobile Agent can meet the information highly distributing on Internet well. It has been a good implement to improve the quality of information service on Internet. The Research of Mobile Agent includes the research of Mobile Agent system and the application of Mobile Agent. The research of Mobile Agent system is the foundation of distributed technique.This dissertation mainly focused on the research and development of Mobile Agent System. After analyzing the basic structure of Mobile Agent System and the current situation of the system, we give an implementation of Mobile Agent System which name is M_AGENT. M_AGENT system is composed of two layers. One is application layer, the other is core layer. After the analysis of Mobile Agent system's structure and basic function, the main function and implement strategy of the system have been confirmed. The author introduces some key technology of the prototype system (including Agent object model, Agent object migration , Agent communication etc). An implement example of accessing distributed data based on M_AGENT system is described in the dissertation, which proves and demonstrates the function of the prototype system.According to the summary of experience while researching, the author presents the conclusion of the work in the dissertation and the prospect of future work .
