Occupation school is the main occupation position providing operator skill talents,design and development of the simulation platform of the school of digital factory to update and enrich the teaching methods,teaching methods,comprehensive occupation accomplishment enhance learning and practical ability.This paper based on the author's own practical experience,put forward the occupation education based on two card integration,through virtual simulation can experience the trial and error safety production and operation standard to strengthen the training,to further promote the learners' professional skills and occupation literacy double promotion requirements;analyze and summarize the characteristics of manufacturing enterprises through which in the virtual factory the implementation scheme,summarizes the basic process of typical machining production,with its post into the virtual factory and related production process.The source of this subject is developed based on PDM(Product Data Management)the whole production process of the simulation training platform,virtual machining factory project,practical research and application of this platform for the development of "virtual machine factory" wide curriculum.In the research of virtual plant project,discusses some algorithms in virtual reality technology,puts forward the corresponding algorithm for building a virtual plant environment and a large number of simulation processing equipment and various types of 3D environment in collision processing solutions.
