The biochemical analyzer is an instrument including optics, mechanics,medicinal and electronics technology.It is used in the detection of various biochemical indexes of blood and the other body fluid.When the body tissue lesions,the patient's body fluids of biochemical parameters will be changing.Detecting these biochemical parameters accurately and rapidly can provide scientific basis for doctors to diagnosis and determine the patient's condition.Along with the development of science and technology,the small biochemical analyzer with fast detection,easy operation and low cost have become an important direction of development in recent years.Studying though the principles of biochemical analysis and the basis of biochemical test,and according to the performance indicators of the biochemical analyzer to be achieved,the architectures of control system of the biochemical analyzer is designed,and a clear and reasonable distribution for the hardware and software functions are made.Based on embedded technology as the core,thoroughly studied the ARM system structure,an intelligent semiautomatic clinical chemistry analyzer is designed by using LPC2124 ARM7 EMPU.The control methods of various functional modules of biochemical analyzer are also introduced in detail.In accordance with the characteristics of system modules on the system,the principle of design and production of PCB is expounded,so that the anti-interference capacity of hardware platform has been improved.Concerning software development of semiautomatic clinical chemistry analyzer,the debugging environment ADS and simulation tool H-JTAG are introduced at length.According the functional requirements of the system and modularization method of programming,the display module,keyboard handling,A/D converter module,real-time clock, temperature control module and the other module are designed.At the same time,this paper also discusses the general method of debugging in the software design and debug and sums up a number of solutions.Finally,some function modules related to the whole system have been experimented and tested.At the same time carried on the error analysis to the test result.The aforesaid study and develop achievement's validity and practical value have been proved by laboratory debugging and test.This has laid a good foundation for final completion of the semiautomatic biochemical analyzer and the future development and study,among these, System task scheduling method and biochemical analytical methods have certain popularization using value.
