Automatic biochemical analyzer is a high-tech instrument involving the technologies of optics,mechanics, electronics, computer, biochemistry and clinical medicine etc. It is one of the necessary instruments used for clinical diagnostics. The task is part of new product of HunNan AIWEI (changsha) co, mostly research motor control system. As an important part of AVE-861, motor control system is one of key parts.Firstly, This paper introduces the principles and sorts of traditional automatic biochemical analyzer, system function demands, summarizes the development of Automatic biochemical analyzer in native and foreign countries, discusses the important meaning of studying on the automatic biochemical analyzer.Based on analyzing automatic biochemical analyzer act flow and deeply compare kinds of automatic biochemical analyzer. This paper bring forward a new design plan of ARM MCU + embedded Linux automatic biochemical analyzer. In embedded operating system application way. According to system flow chart , lucubrates on system three phases include load , configure , startup . replant embedded Linux operation system to ARM flat.Take the great bases on design and realization for research of automatic biochemical analyzer. After deeply research on motor control system of automatic biochemical analyzer, this paper adopt ARM MCU + DSP motor control chip to control step motor. After fully analyze and introduce the ARM MCU. this paper expends Philp co's LPC2212 MCU least system to design hardware circuit. Proves the hardware design is right and utility by experiment. This paper rebuildsμClinux to a real-time system base on demand of automatic biochemical analyzer, put forward module design project. completes the partition of multitask and the realization of regulative mechanism. constructs communicate mode between courses. this paper studys software design way on motor control system . Account for the motor control pragram to satisfy guideline of automatic biochemical analyzer.The aforesaid research and develop achievement's validity and practical value has been proved by laboratory simulation. The result testified that the system has satisfy great instrument's function, raise it's measure definition , reliability , at the same time it depress the cost, restrain the libration and noise .
