The biochemical analyzer is an important instrument in clinical biochemical inspecting. The reseach level of the biochemical analyzer of our country is relatively low at present, compared with advanced instrument of the world there is very great disparity in the development of the full-automatic biochemical analyser. This paper aims at studying and developing a kind of manage and dispatch system of the medium and small-scale full-automatic biochemical analyzer with Chinese user's interface, powerful function and easy operation.Firstly, this paper introduces the current situation of the biochemical analyzer's development, and show the research contents and meaning of this study by analyse the lack of the manage software. Secondly, through analysing principle and procedure of analysis about full-automatic biochemistry, this paper proposes the whole framework of the system, and explaineds the function that the management software needs to realize and development method found on the actual conditions. Thirdly, the data management and database of the software system is discussed. Base on the basic demand of the patient sample data, quality control sample data, project test's method data's characteristic and request, this paper deeply discuessed the design of the basic list, the relation of the list and the method of the database operate, a database of Interbase with reasonable structure, powerful search function and credibility is set up. Due to demand of complexity of the full-automatic biochemical analyser's real-time dispatcher and the high efficiency of the system, this paper have proposed a kind of real-time dispatcher's method which combine self-learning neural network and nearly search algorithm, this method not only improves the speed of solving but also gets satisfactory answer. For deal with the non-linear problem owe to the lack of substrate, this paper sets up a non-linear arithmetic model for the dynamics method of the automatic biochemical analysis instrument. For getting a absorbency varity rate of liner range to account enzyme, this model colligate the absorbency restrain method (J value method), non-linear judgement method and same sign method. Finaly, the dialog box's function of the user's interface is deeply discuesses. System have realized patient sample data and quality control sample data's programme, parameter' setup of the test method and search, software alse offers result report of patient and project, historical quality control data statistical information, project result statistical...
