Automatic Biochemical Analyzer can be detecting the concentration of chemical composition by the body's blood or other body fluids(Crea,GLU,CHO)to determine the basis for the provision of human health status.Automatic Biochemical Analyzer possess a higher degree of automaton,this not only can reduce the workload of testing staff but also can improve the detection efficiency,so get the extensive use of hospitals at all levels.However,the biochemical analyzer related technology research in my country are started late,the technical level is relatively backward.This paper aims to develop a highly automated,stable and reliable,feature-rich,easy to operate automatic biochemical analyzer,for the follow-up product development provides the reference value.This paper introduces the development of biochemical analyzer at home and abroad and related knowledge,the whole mechanism and work flow of biochemical analyzer were analyzed,on this basis,carry on the overall design of the program,the hardware circuit of the system is designed,including the selection of the main chip,signal conditioning circuit design,microprocessor circuit design and the CPLD circui design.In VS2010 development environment,have designed the PC software of this series Automatic Biochemical Analyzer by C++ in VS2010 integrated development environment,including software functionl requirements analysis,divided and design the various functional modules of software.Development and design the database of this software system by using SQL Server 2005,including build the database,use the ADO data access technology to achieve access to the database.Carry on the PC software debugging and machine testing,instrument operation is stable,the test results were normal and the expected results were achieved.
