The Enterprise's Visual Development Environment--The Entity Designer

This article gives us a solution to the entity designer and the reality technology in the enterprise's visual development environment. It can solve the following problems: the construction of the data persistence model, automatic code generation and auto-generation script in the process of the software development.The entity designer is a rapid modeling tool and is also a code generator and an automatic generator of the data script. Using this designer, the developers can model for the entity rapidly by the way of building the similar graphcis. After finishing the modeling, the compiler model can generate automatically the corresponding standard persistent code and the corresponding database script which can reduce the developers' coding workload. At the same time, by the generation of the standard code, it can reduce possibly the BUG's output, improve the code's reuse and the development efficiency and guarantee the development quality.This articl uses the agility development mind and the standard UML modeling Language or controls(standard or user-defined), to carry out the rapid modeling for the entity and automatically generate the program framwork based on the Visual Studio 2005. For the general functions, the code generator, according to the certain rules, automatically generate the corresponding standard codes. It can generate the various advanced language codes, such as C#, C++, etc. according to the projects needs variety.This solution is a general solution to the enterprise projects for the commercial entities persistence. Used in some simple commercial business, it is not necessary to compile any codes. It can realize its functions, such as the files entity; used in some complex documents such as EPR product, it can automatically generate the code framework to expand business. Moreover, this solution uses the general standard UML Language and it is easy to learn and master it quickly. It has a great extension.
