The coexistence of various Fieldbus in industrial areas has made the communication difficult between the different protocols.The bus controllers and the sensors are also only suitable for the application of their respective fields.They are mutually incompatible,and having an adverse effect to the system expansion and maintenance,so that the further development of the industrial Fieldbus network has been restricted greatly.With the rapidly development of the computer network characterized by Internet and the improvement of related technologies,the constraints of time and space and the geographical barriers of the traditional means of communication has been broken through,and making it very easy to communicate widely.In this situation,the computer remote real-time monitoring system based on IP sensor has been gradually becoming the new hot spots of development.The paper takes the development of Internet technology as background,analysises the features of the industrial Ethernet and Fieldbus technology,and studies the TCP/IP architecture and its related technologies in depth,takes the IP sensor as the hardware platform,has realized two remote monitoring systems of B/S and C/S respectively,publishes and shares the collect data of the IP sensors in the power of the network timely focusing on the achievement of C/S mode.In the B/S mode,a Web Server is built in the embedded IP sensor,the real-time data from the sensor are collected into the SQLite database,and the CGI technology is used to complete the dynamic interaction with the user's browser,the function of remote monitoring has been achived in the B/S mode.The paper focus on the realization of the remote monitoring in the C/S mode,takes Visual C ++ as the programming tools,aims at the hardware platform of IP sensors,developes a remote monitoring software based on C/S,has realized parameters settings,historical inquiry,real-time monitoring,dynamic curve of the IP sensor distributed on network,and so on.In this process,a number of key technologies are applicated,such as the Socket technology to realize the network communication of IP sensors,the realization of ADO technology in the background database.The remote real-time monitoring is researched in depth.
