Making monitoring system's network is one of the main goals in the control system development of the future, it is based on the wide application of information technology such as Internet. Data collecting, equipment control, measurement, parameter adjustment and every kind of signals warning will be realized via watching and controlling different function equipments in different places on Internet. Along with the extending of the scale and the complexity of the monitoring system, central controlling and managing the separate function equipments by Internet will be paid more attention. This paper include:(1) Because the shortage of the traditional monitoring system, in the practical application, we will develop a set of remote control decision-making system. In this system, the client can read the decision information of the server, all the decisions will be got via browser. The monitoring system can load on the original control network directly as a workstation, the complex distribution is not needed. This method will improve the original control system, is suitable for the separate field, and accord with the new demand to the monitoring system, such as highly integration, information, and network.(2) .Net is a development environment, network orient and support every kind of terminal equipment One of the core of .Net is building up the third generation internet platform. This network platform will resolve the websites cooperation issue and get the maximum information. On the .Net platform, different website are connected by relative protocol, automatic communication, cooperated working and complete service will be exit between the websites. Based on MS.Net technology, the module of the remote monitoring system, the detail design and realization is given in the paper.
