It designed the improved RTP/RTCP video stream real-time transmission protocal stack that based on present existing TCP/IP network transmits data, has greatly used the existing network resource, also raised the network real-time data transmission speed and the reliability, solved the traditional simulation monitoring system the question of data quantity, unable to make the remote transmission. This system has designed and realized remote real-time monitoring function to the scene, is organic synthesis of the digital monitoring technology, the modern computer network technology and the computer multimedia technology, it is easy to operate, has the very strong usability, the sophistication and the extension.The monitoring system that has been given in this article mainly on the following several spots to launch: System's compressed encoding standard H.264, the stream media and real-time transmission protocal RTP/RTCP, the system whole design, the hardware structure design and software's design and realization.
