In today's increasingly competitive market, companies with rapidly changing external environment of the times, to corporate survival and growth, must be able to adapt to this change, according to the needs of reconstruction and optimization of enterprise business processes, to ensure effective and orderly business management and a high degree of flexibility.The ERP system architecture imports workflow technology in this article, through the ERP system architecture and optimized design, to the adoption of workflow technology specific to the flexibility of traditional ERP system to resolve the face of rapidly changing external environment facing difficulties.In this paper, there is a workflow-based ERP programming frame submitted. The programming frame is a distributed one adapting to SOA, containing five layers: the view layer, the server layer, the workflow layer, the component layer and the data layer. And the workflow layer is the core part of this system with a workflow engine integrated, and responsible for managing all the workflow instance of the enterprise. The function components are mainly in the component layer, and used to be made up of an ordered business flow by the workflow activity in the workflow layer. And when the business flow changed, you can only need to adjust the workflow model, and so is ok. Besides, A workflow decomposition method and a four basic-based authority management model are designed for this programming frame. Finally, a waybill examine system is designed to approve the flexibility of this frame when facing to business alteration.
