The Design And Implementation Of Basic Tax Affairs System Of Local Taxation Bureau Based On Custom Workflow

Workflow concept originated in production organization and office automation.With the rapid development of computer and network technology,workflow software gets more and more enterprises' attention.Now,the workflow technology has become one of indispensable content in the enterprise information construction scheme.From the simple office automation system development and the enterprise ERP system and enterprise application integration solutions to the BPR and BRM systems which are used to improve the operational efficiency of enterprises,workflow technology plays a key role,specifically including administrative management,personnel management,financial management,customer service management etc.Workflow technology has made considerable achievements,but the workflow management system did not achieve universal state in the enterprises' process of operation.For example,the existing workflow management system is mostly a heavyweight and too large relative to the business.The workflow reference model which workflow management system is based on remains to be further improved.The change of the implementation of the workflow system brings to the enterprise is complicated.For these reasons,the author studies and summarizes a set of custom workflow solutions using related technology of the.net and oracle.According to the requirements of Guizhou local taxation bureau,on the basis of the existing tax management information system,we design and implement a set of basic tax affairs management system.In the process of system design,the uses of the custom workflow shorten the system development cycle and simplify the maintenance work.The system architecture is clear and concise,and it can be adjusted,added or deleted related business logic at any time,which increases the flexibility and scalability of the system.
