The Design And Implementation Of Credit Guarantee Information Management System For Small And Medium Enterprises Based On Workflow

At present,the vast majority of business processes of credit guarantee industry in China is still at the stage of manual processing,by coupling with the complexity of the guarantee business processes,which results in high risk security and decreases staff work efficiency,further,it directly restricts the development of guarantee SMEs financing agencies.Using information technology is helpful to enhance the security and reduce the risk,guarantee and standardize business process,however,the current SME credit guarantee information management systems are still facing the high cost of construction and maintenance,they are inconvenient to use,poor scalability,low processing efficiency and new business processes increase business process requirements and high cost inadequate.Therefore,by combing with the system requirements and addressing software engineering method,a SME credit guarantee information management system id designed based on J2EE platforms and workflow frameworks such as Activiti technical,to achieve system management,bulletin management,reports,statistics,customer management,project management,risk management,financial management and contract management modules.The main work is as follows:According to the credit guarantee demand,the credit guarantee institutions operational processes has been re-analyzed,based on object-oriented thinking,the system used four stage and ten ranks classification method for credit evaluation.SME credit guarantee information management system was designed and implemented based on the Spring,Spring MVC,Hibernate and other open source framework technology,the Activiti technology is using to meet the loosely modules of system.The workflow engine integrating guarantee the flexible control of the operational processes.The authority access control mechanisms was designed to facilitate rights management system resources.Web service interface such as REST API call interface are provided,which can be easily integrated with third party systems,to achieve the enterprise and Industry Bureau,the Real Estate Board and other bodies with automatic docking,data sharing and business to solve the docking problem.Finally,to achieve a prototype system and developed a test plan,test the system to verify the availability and usability of the system.In this paper,the implement of the system reduces maintenance costs,guarantees agencies regulate operational processes,improves efficiency and guarantees the ability to control the risk of credit guarantee institutions,which has a certain reference value of information technology recommends credit guarantee agencies.
