A Study And Realization Of OA System For Science Committee Of Xicheng District Of Beijing

Today, following increasing deepening reform of the government organization and progressively enhancing of state organs' administering function, Handling official business by hand and mounting up business measure contradiction of is standing out. So, it's imperative under the situation that the conventional work mode is changed. Realizing Automatization System (OA) can make person getting rid of long-term onerous official business, improve work efficiency and reduce cost.OA system is work groundwork of realizing cooperating with information, managing and service. OA system management includes individual work, document, official business, information and daily work. Using OA system can normalize work flow, enhance management quality, and improve work efficiency in all ways.In this paper, the programming method of governmental OA is discussed using the OA system of the Science and Technology Committee of Beijing Xicheng District as project background. Module partition and realizing means of OA are described in detail. The major work and the results are as follows:1. The OA system of the Science and Technology Committee of Beijing Xicheng was built successfully. Through analyzing the flow of data and operation of the Science and Technology Committee of Beijing Xicheng, establish a reasonable model of operation and then realized it using Software Design Theory2. Studied Workflow and the realize technologies of Workflow. The system granted the specific roles to the operators, made workflow specific. It's the first time the new conception of Flow of Authority was presented here. I treated the flow of data and operation as the relation of the roles network, realized the workflow adopting the logic network method, which adapt the complexity of OA system.3. The system presented a model for the document flow of OA System and realized it with oriented data.4. Authority manager flow. Reifying and materializing the point of Workflow make the management of Workflow more detailed and more specific, using the logical relationship between the role, authority and operation.
