The Research And Application Of Heterogeneous Data Integration In Digital Campus Construction

Turn the footstep along with world information continuously and quickly, people the need toward information has more and more efficiently sex, vivid, extensive with characteristics that synthesize to turn. But along with stage characteristics that the IT technique develop, there are large quantities of heterogeneous database in the network.,Their isomerism shows in many aspects such as different database type, different data,representations, different DBMS for supporting database,which makes people usually sinking into a certain"information isolated island"but can't from pull out .The old scheme of information integration can no longer match the requirements of modern enterprises. Java and XML furnish enterprises with a flexible, extensible and high efficiency tool for information integration.After fully study of information integration, Java and XML are introduced into applications of integration by this paper. Combining with Java and XML, the designing of XML Database, and, the mapping modes between XML and relational database, and the issue of Java XMI data binding are studied.After investigating into the problems which are analyzed, this paper puts forward a model for information integration based on Java and XML, which provides us a convenient solution that is independent of database and operating system. The applications of information integration that are exploited under this model, can realize integrated database applications of different database, network platform, operating system and computer language. In the end, the MIS integrated of QMC cot. is demonstrated to realize and testifies its practicability and feasibility.
