Combining with my director's fund project "the research and development of the fault diagnose instrument" ,in this paper, mechanical-electrical equipment fault diagnosis system has been designed based on DSP .As TMS320F2812 chip with low-cost, low-power, high-speed, real-time, so chose the chip as the core of the whole system CPU. The system makes full use of DSP high-speed data processing capabilities, combined with the external circuit, the development of a DSP processor-based fault diagnosis system for mechanical-electrical equipment to achieve the hardware and software. After studying the needs of the module configuration, given the hardware modules and software design.Hardware has been designed ,which adopted Modular methods for the TMS320F2812 processor to complete, including the power supply module, Analog Input module, Frequency Input module, digital processing module, communication module design. part of the software is divided into Under-bit machine software and PC software, the part of Under-bit machine follow modular, top to down design, Under-bit machine software mainly analysis the overall framework of the main program structure and ADC analog collection procedures design.The design of PC software has been developed., PC software make use of LabVIEW graphical programming tools for the design, in accordance with the function is divided into a number of different modules, To complete a set of mechanical-electrical equipment fault diagnosis system PC application software. The design of the software structure, and the preparation of the corresponding procedures, To make the pc software has real-time monitoring, data storage, results showed, Alarm Processing, fault diagnosis and so on . Design a good interactive interface, easy to operate, safe and reliable control. According to the development of hardware and software modules, mechanical and electrical equipment fault diagnosis system can be achieved not only in data collection, data processing, but also with the pc communication, the completion of further processing of data and the results show that the condition-based maintenance for the unit, fault diagnosis informationAfter the completion of the various parts of the design , On the various parts of the debugging. The results from the testing, the system runs reliably, the right design, control and high precision, convenient operation, good performance. To achieve the desired function, for the actual project has a certain practical value.
