Research On Fault Feature Extraction Method Of Analog Circuit Based On LabVIEW

With the rapid development of electronic industry,the circuit function is becoming stronger and stronger,and the structure is more complex,which makes the circuit fault diagnosis very difficult.The related technology of fault diagnosis is also a hot spot in academic research.Among them,the analog part of the circuit has the characteristics of continuity,tolerance and nonlinearity,which makes it difficult for the analog circuit fault diagnosis technology to play a role in the actual circuit and can not achieve the expected effect.In analog circuit fault diagnosis technology,feature extraction and pattern recognition are two key steps.This paper focuses on analog circuit fault feature extraction,The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the research background and significance of analog circuit fault feature extraction,the research status at home and abroad,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of some fault feature extraction methods;(2)This paper briefly describes the basic concept of analog circuit fault,the factors of fault generation,fault classification and the difficulties of fault diagnosis,and gives the basic process of analog circuit fault diagnosis;(3)Aiming at the problem of fault feature extraction,four feature extraction methods including time domain analysis,wavelet multi-resolution analysis,wavelet packet energy and kurtosis analysis are studied and programmed by Lab VIEW software;(4)The fault diagnosis principle of BP neural network and how to determine the structure of neural network are described in detail,and the effectiveness of feature extraction method and program is verified by simulation experiment;(5)The fault diagnosis platform is built by using Lab VIEW software,and the analog circuit fault diagnosis system is designed.Through the fault diagnosis of the actual circuit,it is proved that the system is feasible,the diagnosis effect is good,the diagnosis result is intuitive,the work efficiency is greatly improved,and it has good practical value.
