In recent years, it is still in the process of coal mining accident frequently, especially the gas explosion. Therefore, the coal mine safety has become the focus of society and the state key. Gas explosion is the key problem of gas concentration is too large, and a good underground ventilation system can effectively dilute the gas concentration, to prevent the accident. So, the main equipment-fan ventilation system functions well related to the safety of staff and production efficiency. Based on the above factors, based on the LabVIEW software development platform calls in the Matlab program, algorithm using wavelet neural network model of the ventilator to study the fault diagnosis system is very necessary.To system can adapt to the mine complex environment, this paper designed a fault diagnosis system is reliable and safe. The system based on industrial control computer platforms, use reliable safety sensor model and related hardware devices, realize the fault diagnosis system. The system can effectively detect fan failure, and can well predict the failure possibility occurred.In this paper, first of all, the current situation of the technology of fault diagnosis and monitoring early warning system, after a brief introduction of the system structure for the detailed planning, was proposed based on wavelet neural network used in fault diagnosis of fan system design. Secondly introduced the system hardware structure design, the system hardware mainly includes vibration measuring temperature sensor module the signal condition module, data acquisition card module and industrial LabVIEW. Then according to the system hardware, software design scheme of the system is put forward. Mainly introduced the algorithm of wavelet neural network is derived, and to build up the forecast model on the Internet. In fault diagnosis of ventilator as an example, in the Matlab simulation of the wavelet neural network prediction curve, and analyzed and expounded. Finally, this paper introduces the LabVIEW software fan fault diagnosis, and build the corresponding program module of fault diagnosis, and build the corresponding program module of fault diagnosis. At the same time, in the LabVIEW according to system requirement, developed a human interface, make the whole system more concise, comfortable and easy operability.
