The Study Of Computer Control Of Hot Water Boiler

With the rapid development of urban construction and the continuous enlargement of heating area, how to control and mange heating system scientifically and effectively for improving heating economic and social benefits becomes one of the most important problems that urge to be solved. The heating of boiler room which had a high percentage in the present heating system and the most are coal fired chain furnace which have lower practical operating efficiency than design efficiency, so we must set up a reasonable and feasible combustion control system which has great significance for saving energy, environment protection and increasing economic benefits.According to practical problem, combined with many years outdoor environment temperature data and experience of local winter, the boiler's outlet temperature control rules with outdoor temperature is summed up and its correction method is given in this article, the intelligence control system can automatic adjust setting value of boiler's outlet temperature with the change of outside temperature for the boiler moving highly efficiently.Aiming at the current situation of chain grate boiler running in a complex mechanism for combustion process, unstable change of coal feeding and hard to establish a single control mode, the fuzzy control scheme has been introduced into combustion control system of the boiler, a general fuzzy controller is designed based on S7-300。The self-optimization of air coal ratio is also given for the optimization of combustion.The whole system is divided into three layers: host computer, PLC, field electrical equipments and sensors. The host computer realizes real time monitor of the whole system; PLC realizes the communication to the location machine and converters and other field equipments; the third layer completes data collection, data processing, data transmit and other work.
