The highly efficient fuel submersible water heater control system mainly controlled the fuel pump output fuel flow to control the water temperature of the hot water machine.In the past,submersible water heaters in the country were all of the electric heating type.The electric heating type water heaters had slow heating speeds,large electric power,and a short normal water supply cycle.Because the water heaters worked on ships,electricity consumption was inconvenient and easy to produce electricity insecurity.The fuel-type submersible water heater has many advantages,such as high fuel efficiency and high degree of automation.At present,there is no set of complete automatic control systems for the domestic high-efficiency fuel-type submersible water heater water temperature control system,resulting in the lack of core technologies in this area.In order to change the shortage of the existing technology,this article mainly studied the water temperature control of the high-efficiency oil-fired submersible hot water machine,and controlled the water temperature of the hot water machine by changing the output fuel flow of the oil pump.The main research work of this article was as follows:(1)Established the relationship between the depth of dive and temperature drop through experiments to determine the submersible water heater the input law of the water temperature control system,the input signal of the water temperature control system of the submersible water heater is the water temperature value,and the ideal water temperature was compared with the input water temperature to obtain the temperature deviation.For the temperature deviation,a reasonable water temperature control system for the submersible water heater was designed in this paper.The temperature can be controlled in real time.(2)The establishment of the mathematical model of the water temperature control system of the submersible hot water machine: the mathematical models of the frequency converter,variable frequency motor,oil pump and hot water machine were deduced,and the mathematical model of the water temperature control system of the submersible hot water machine was developed and the dive was derived.The state space expression of water heater Water temperature control system.(3)Static performance analysis of water temperature control system of submersible hot water machine: stability analysis of water temperature control system of submersible hot water machine was conducted by using Lyapunov stability analysis and Bode diagram,then the controllability and observability of the water temperature control system of the water heater were analyzed by MATLAB programming.(4)Research on control strategy of water temperature control system for submersible hot water machine: the water temperature control system of submersible hot water machine was studied using traditional PID control,H_? optimal control and PID control based on BP neural network.The simulation results show that compared with the PID For the control system,the water temperature control system using H_? control has excellent control performance,fast response time,small overshoot,and high precision,and it also enabled the large deviation of the system to be quickly eliminated.In the hot water machine water temperature control system Adding H_? control can obviously improve the control performance of this control system.Compared with traditional PID control,BP neural network PID control can adjust three adjustable parameters online,reduce system overshoot,improve system stability and fast response,and enhance the system's anti-jamming capability.In this paper,the frequency conversion speed control technology was applied to the submersible hot water machine water temperature control system,so that the water temperature of the hot water machine can be effectively adjusted.Compared with the classic PID control,the H_? control and BP neural network PID control of the water temperature control system of the submersible hot water machine were designed to achieve a good control effect of the water temperature of the hot water machine,which provides a theoretical reference for the research of the water temperature control of the hot water machine.
