Open CNC system to solve the problems of the traditional NC takes mostly closed system design, which makes systems are not compatible with each other and difficult to carry out structural changes and functional expansion, and has become CNC system development trend.The conveyor equipment we designed different from the general NC machine and stretching force control machine. Ready-made CNC system and stretching force control system isn't fit for the project because of its special nature of the process control. We must redesign the program in line with the requirements of re-engineering applications and functions.Through the research based on open CNC system and stretching force control system theoretical research, and the various hardware options, achieve high-speed conveyor equipment for the high-speed, high-precision control. To achieve such performance requirements, we are using PC and Motion Control Card to control the servo motor speed. The main work is summarized as follows:(1)Accoding to theoretical research of servo motors, motion control cards and stretching force control .We have a deeper level of understanding and awareness for PC control of the open NC system and stretching force controlling system. Meanwhile, the system's design and manufacture give China's Modern Physics further studies provide a strong platform.(2) According to requirements of the high-speed, high-precision CNC system hardware, I in-depth study of the servo motor and drive performance, and compare various manufacturers' servo motor and the performance. According to the actual situation, I choose the appropriate motion control card to satisfy the high-speed, high-precision CNC system.(3) Based on actual requirements and wiring requirements, I design circuit diagram.(4) Through the detail analysis about the multianalysis machinery various movements part movement and the characteristic of thin belt high speed movement, and according to the craft special request, using fuzzy PID control principle , designing tensity servocontrol system, programming practical application procedure, to enhance the speed of high speed heavy ion survey belt equipment to 10m/s , at the same time, the good realization has been done with high speed stops, takes along between the servo -motors of drug,takes in and puts away the belt for coordination normal operation, with avoiding the waste of frequently breaking and the belt engine off (nuclear beam flux have high expense every minute, after starting experiment requests continuous running engine off) and the trouble of putting on the belt brought to the experiment, what's more ,it takes to provide powerful platform for the survey of shorter decay cycle heavy ion.(5) The report to the police procedure of this set of quipment, regardless of interruption belt during the takeing along process, or after puts the end of tape, all can enable the closure of the take in and put away servo-motors, prevented the conveyer belt to enter in the vacuum box, and has effectively realized the function of machine part safekeeping. Do solving well the problems, such as, earlier belt transmission equipment couldn't enable the close the motors when the belt breaked and transmission tape entered the vacuum box which need to put on the tape again, then cousing the waste of experiment time etc.On the basis of study results above and related theories, we debug the hardware and software, which achieved the expected results.
