Motion control technology is the core of Mechanical &Electrical Integration,so increasing the level of motion control technology is paramountly important for improving Mechanical & Electrical Integration technology of our country.Getting the latest developments of the motion control technology at home and abroad,researching high-precision motion control system is a big issue before us.This paper introduces the development of motion control and the composition of the motion control system,does research in the several following areas of high-precision motion control system.1.From the development of motion control system,the open motion control technology is one of the development trends.In the open motion control system,motion controller is the core.This paper introduces the multi-axis motion control card(PMAC) controller,and using PMAC's own PEWIN software,From adjusting the system control parameters, improved the system's steady-state characteristics and dynamic characteristics,improving the stability of the system and the response speed.2.Although PMAC provides a strong regulatory function of the parameters,but it can not adjust PID parameters with the processing of changes in numerical control system.Using the PLC logic control procedures nested in the PMAC achieved adjusting the PID parameters according to different speed conditions,then used the MFC in vc++ software achieving the function of watching and controlling the PID parameters and motion.3.Using the method of combining the fuzzy control and PID control to achieving the function of adjusting PID parameters automatically,Using SIMULINK simulated the control system based model of permanent magnet synchronous motor.Through the simulation results,that compared with traditional PID algorithm,Fuzzy self-tuning PID parameters' control,increased the accuracy and speed and get the function of automatically adaptive the parameters.
