With the development of mobile communication technologies and the improvement of wireless data traffic, there are more functions of mobile phonerecently. A new brand of cell mobile medical supervisions' field attracts many software developers' eyesight. In the Paper, the wireless pulse signal monitoring system is designed with the Bluetooth module, which based on Bluetooth technology. Advanced technology of wireless and short distance transmission is applied on pulse signal test system, which makes the transmission of numerous of data from wire into wireless as well as real-time and portable. The portable controller which is carried by volunteers can continuously record physiological parameters of pulse, it also transmits data to the mobile phone for storage, analysis and process during the data acquisition process. It has very important clinical value in the protection of volunteers.In terms of hardware, through the data acquisition system, pulse signal is magnified, filtered, and interruption is eliminated, then the pulse signal in required frequency band is sent to Atmega32 singlechip and is processed. Then the pulse signal is sent to module of Bluetooth transmission through UART, In mobile phone, Bluetooth module receive signals in real-time through reception module and transmit signals to phone through Bluetooth module. physical parameter is recorded and analyzed.Software, in terms of Atmega32 singlechip control end, pulse signal acquisition, A/D conversion and so on can be realized by GCC language for its good performance of running-speed. In the phone end, visual language J2ME is applied on the display of pulse signal, analysis function is also provided to diagnosis physical parameters of volunteers through the waveform of pulse signal.It is proved that system configured by Bluetooth telecommunication through serial interface by GCC and ROK101 008 Bluetooth module controlled by Atmega32 singlechip can realize the wireless transmission and detection of pulse signal.The system adopts wireless testing technology while the complicate wire is taken off. It is very convenient to use and much space can be saved as well. There is a good market prospect for the application. The system is a try of application of Bluetooth technology in medical monitoring systems. As is known, Bluetooth technology have a good market prospect in application of wireless personal communication at present, but it is rarely applied in medical field . It is proved that by applying the Bluetooth technology on medical monitoring system to realize the wireless test and control through the test of this system is available. This will laid a good foundation for the popularization of mobile medical supervision in the future.
