The information such as amplitude,shape,period and rate in pulse wave,which can reflect the physiological information of the body,combined with the modern electronic technology to extract the pulse signal,can effectively prevent and monitor human disease by carrying out scientific detection,analysis and diagnosis.The accurate extraction of pulse interval length is the premise to monitor the physiological state of human body,and it is also a basic element to calculate other physiological indexes.The project start with data acquisition hardware,combining with the characteristics of pulse data,does a deep research on pulse waveform extraction and data processing.It provides a reference for the judgment of human health status through the pulse data,and come up with a new idea for modern pulse.In this thesis,a pulse data acquisition system based on photoelectric sensor is built.Based on the system,we take Arduino platform as the main controller to read,store and display the pulse data.The structure and performance of each component are described in detail,and the noise interference in the process of sampling is analyzed.The principle of the optical sensor to read the pulse signal is researched.According to the characteristics of pulse spectrum and waveform,try to read the pulse data with different sampling rate.This essay introduces the principle of the optical sensor to read the pulse signal,and compares the effect of the transmission and reflection type sensor.According to the characteristics of pulse spectrum and waveform,we try to read the pulse data at different sampling rate.First of all,we carry out the polynomial fitting and differential threshold method to get pulse wave interval by Matlab software.Then,we compare the feasibility and accuracy of the two methods,and 60 Hz is set as sampling rate using five polynomial fitting method to extract the pulse interval.And finally C++ program is compiled to implement the algorithm.Compared with the differential threshold method,the proposed algorithm in this article can obtain the pulse interval with low sampling rate,save the memory space,and improve the accuracy greatly.
