Bluetooth is a kind of short-range wireless communication technology that has got rapid development in recent years. It can replace the cables between different digital devices, and has great application field in mobile phone and computer peripherals. Applying bluetooth technology into data sample and wireless transmission module can replace the data transmission cables in system, and has merits of convenience handle and flexible application, besides it can apply to comraan occasion it can also apply to temporary monitor and factory field, so it will get great application in factorys and enterprises.In this paper the data sample and wireless transmission system is first introduced briefly, presents the composition of the data sample and wireless transmission system, the actuality and application of data acquisition module and the wireless communication technology nowadays. Second the bluetooth technology is introduced, presents the characteristic of blutooth technology, the bluetooth module configuration sketch map and the application aspect of bluetooth technology. Based on the above presentation the data sample and wireless transmission module with bluetooth system scheme is put forward, which made up of the data acquisition chip ADuC812 and bluetooth module ROK101008, detailedly describes the design of every part of hardware circuit, the software program flow, the bluetooth communication flow and the instruction analysis. Finally the debugging method and the results of the the data sample and wireless transmission with bluetooth module hardware, software and system are presented.The data sample and wireless transmission with bluetooth module combileing with the data analysis software, has completed the design, the manufacture and the debugging of the hardware and software. The results show that the data sample and wireless transmission with bluetooth can realize different mode of data sample on eight channels and PID control on two channels. The data sample speed can reach 150KHz, the data transmission speed can reach 723kbps, and it has strong practicability. So it can apply to factories and enterprises.
