Design And Realization Of Industry Control Systems Integration

The demand of industry control system was more and more urgent as the modern control technology developed fastly these years, the scale of industry control system was greater and the structure was complexer. While the DCS, FCS and some other traditional systems which were used universal in industry had their special network and protocol, and there was no uniform interface standard, so it was hard to integrate with system made by other manufactory. In order to achieve the coordination of the system, the equipments must be used fully, so the system integration attracted more attention.Obeject Link and Embed technology were applied to industry process control by the thechnology of OPC, which created condictions for intergration of industy control system.OPC was mainly developed based on COM/DCOM thechnology. Firstly, a composite industry control system that was based on OPC was set up by ucubrating OPC criterion and COM. The landscape and portrait intergration were realized, and the question of veracity in net transmission was resolved. The real-time, openness and expansibility of the system were improved by adopting Switched Ethernet.The OPC Server was detailedly designed and developed, and the main method and steps were given. The detailed study was carried out aiming at the register and altanation of the OPC Server. During the process of developing OPC Server, a currency measuer was provided that can be used for other OPC server.Finally test the OPC Server on condition that the local and remote, and OPC servers could meet the requestion. Test the intergrated system that linked by OPC server, and the result showed that industry control net could be intergrated availably, and havd better stability and real-time.
